Crock pot — Pork instead of beef. Put vegetables on bottom since the pork is already fully cooked. With the pork on the top it will flavor the vegetables. You are just cooking the vegetables and not the meat.
Put BBQ on a baked potato, a cheese sauce, and bbq sauce.
Try Williamson Brothers BBQ Regular Sauce. It is slightly tangy, like a sweet and sour sauce. They have been making it for over 30 years in Marietta GA. You can find it at Publix in AL. This is my personal favorite.
OK, Try this. Stuffed Potato with Sausage. Take an Irish Potato. Use a battery powered drill with a spade wood drill bit the same size as the sausage and drill a hole through the center of the potato. Cut the fully cooked smoked sausage into the hole and bake the potato. Then slice the potato (people will wonder how you got the meat inside. Add some cheese and sour cream. Makes a beautiful presentation.
