Reheating instructions

The moment it goes into the sealed bag, the meat is fully cooked and ready to eat.

If still in the bag –to warm up refrigerated or frozen:

  • Place UNOPEN bag in the oven on a pan.
  • Set oven temperature to -200° F
  • Warm until meat is at least 160Â

Heating the meat with sauce

  • Only put sauce with the meat IF you will consume all of it.
  • Heating the meat with sauce causes meat the degrade (mushy).
  • Put the sauce on the sandwich when you are ready to eat.
  • Meat w/o sauce can be refrigerated without degrading.

Microwave instructions:

  • Place selected portion of thawed meat in a microwave-safe bowl or dish
  • Add a tablespoon of water
  • Cover the dish
  • Time will vary by quantity of portion
    • (Microwave ovens tend to toughen meat)
