Reheating instructions
The moment it goes into the sealed bag, the meat is fully cooked and ready to eat.
If still in the bag –to warm up refrigerated or frozen:
- Place UNOPEN bag in the oven on a pan.
- Set oven temperature to -200° F
- Warm until meat is at least 160Â
Heating the meat with sauce
- Only put sauce with the meat IF you will consume all of it.
- Heating the meat with sauce causes meat the degrade (mushy).
- Put the sauce on the sandwich when you are ready to eat.
- Meat w/o sauce can be refrigerated without degrading.
Microwave instructions:
- Place selected portion of thawed meat in a microwave-safe bowl or dish
- Add a tablespoon of water
- Cover the dish
- Time will vary by quantity of portion
- (Microwave ovens tend to toughen meat)
